We recommend professional carpet cleaning every 12 months, or more frequently if you have pets, allergies, or high foot traffic.

What cleaning methods do you use?
Carpet - We use hot water extraction (steam cleaning), which is the most effective method for deep cleaning and is recommended by most carpet manufacturers.
Tile & Grout - Our service includes pre-treatment, agitation, high-pressure hot water extraction, and optional grout sealing for long-term protection.
Are your cleaning methods safe for kids and pets?
Yes! We use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning solutions that are safe for children and pets.
How long does it take for carpets to dry after cleaning?
Most carpets dry within 6–12 hours, depending on humidity, ventilation, and carpet type.
We offer quick drying using air movers that adds 25$ per room, this will help dry rooms within 1-2 hours post treatment.
Can you remove pet stains and odors from carpet?
Yes, we specialize in pet stain and odor removal using advanced enzyme-based solutions that break down and eliminate odors at the source.
This is an additional fee as it requires deeper cleaning and more chemicals.
What is the average price per room?
On average the price starts at 50$ per room up to 200sqft for carpet cleaning, factors such as wear and tear may incur additional fees.
Grout & Tile cleaning starts at 1.50$ per sqft and additional $.50 for sealing per sqft.
Upholstery cleaning is dependent on the piece of furniture. Sectionals start at 150$ and upwards depending on the size. Contact us for more details.
We have a minimum 150$ job charge for any job.
Do you move furniture?
We move light furniture (chairs, rugs, etc.) as needed.
We charge an additional price per item that has not been moved in advanced of our cleaning.

How long does the drying process take?
Typically 3–5 days, depending on the severity. We use commercial-grade air movers and dehumidifiers to ensure complete drying.

Yes. Mold can begin forming in as little as 24–48 hours. That’s why prompt drying and treatment is critical.
Will my insurance cover water damage?
Most policies cover sudden, accidental water damage (like burst pipes), but not gradual leaks or floodwater unless you have specific coverage. We can help you navigate your policy.
